Partnering as a vendor with a well-established company like Fusion Engitech Private Limited is an excellent opportunity for suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Incorporated in 2015, Fusion Engitech executes critical mechanical projects, civil construction, and industrial engineering infrastructure, often serving government bodies and large oil corporations.
When positioning your business to “make partner” (become an approved vendor) with Fusion Engitech, the onboarding process is strictly focused on statutory compliance, financial transparency, and mechanical/technical capability.
Vendor Manual
This Vendor Manual defines the standard procedures, compliance requirements, commercial expectations, and operational guidelines applicable to all vendors, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, consultants, and service providers associated with Fusion.
All vendors are required to comply strictly with the terms mentioned herein. Non-compliance may lead to suspension, rejection of supplies/services, withholding of payments, blacklisting, or termination of business association.
Objective
The objective of this manual is to:
- Establish transparent procurement practices.
- Ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain ethical business standards.
- Define vendor responsibilities clearly.
- Standardize documentation and execution procedures.
- Ensure timely project delivery and material supply.
Vendor Code of Conduct
All Vendors, Suppliers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, Service Providers, Manufacturers, and Business Associates (“Vendor”) engaged with Fusion Engitech Private Limited shall conduct their business operations with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, transparency, ethical conduct, statutory compliance, and corporate responsibility. The Vendor shall strictly comply with all applicable laws, regulations, industrial standards, labour laws, GST regulations, environmental laws, factory and safety regulations, and all project-specific compliance requirements applicable to their scope of work, supply, or services.
The Vendor shall ensure supply of defect-free materials, quality workmanship, adherence to approved specifications, drawings, technical standards, and committed delivery schedules. All materials, equipment, manpower, services, documentation, inspection reports, certificates, invoices, and declarations submitted by the Vendor must be genuine, accurate, compliant, and free from any falsification, manipulation, or misrepresentation. Any unauthorized deviation from approved specifications, commercial terms, delivery commitments, or quality standards without written approval from Fusion Engitech Private Limited shall be treated as non-compliance.
The Vendor shall maintain strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and shall ensure deployment of trained manpower, use of mandatory PPE, adherence to work permit systems, implementation of safe working practices, and maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions at all project locations. The Vendor shall be fully responsible for the actions, conduct, safety, discipline, and compliance of its employees, representatives, agents, and subcontractors engaged for execution of work or supply of materials.
The Vendor shall not engage directly or indirectly in any form of bribery, corruption, kickbacks, unethical practices, fraudulent activities, coercion, conflict of interest, or improper business conduct. Offering or accepting cash, gifts, commissions, favors, hospitality, or any undue advantage intended to improperly influence Company personnel or procurement decisions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, termination, blacklisting, financial recovery, and legal action.
All technical, commercial, operational, financial, contractual, and project-related information shared by Fusion Engitech Private Limited shall remain strictly confidential. The Vendor shall not disclose, reproduce, circulate, copy, or use any Company information, drawings, specifications, pricing, BOQs, technical documents, or project details for any purpose other than authorized business execution without prior written approval from the Company.
The Vendor shall maintain fair employment practices and shall strictly prohibit child labour, forced labour, discrimination, harassment, abuse, unsafe practices, and violation of human rights. The Vendor shall ensure payment of wages, statutory benefits, insurance, and legal entitlements to its workforce in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Fusion Engitech Private Limited reserves the absolute right to inspect Vendor facilities, audit processes, verify compliance records, assess performance standards, reject non-compliant materials or services, suspend business dealings, terminate contracts, recover losses, or blacklist any Vendor found violating Company policies, contractual obligations, ethical standards, quality requirements, safety standards, statutory provisions, or this Vendor Code of Conduct. Acceptance of any Purchase Order, Work Order, Contract, or business transaction with Fusion Engitech Private Limited shall constitute full and unconditional acceptance of this Vendor Code of Conduct and all associated Company policies and procedures.
